The multiply yarn is available in different ranges, deniers & a variety of ply. With the finest quality of raw material [FDY i.e. Fully Drawn Yarn], we produce Polyester Bright Twisted Yarn (in dyed as well as dope dyed) in various number of plies according to the customer requirements. The entire process of twisting, dyeing, and plying is done at our plant using the Advanced machinery.
Micro Polyester Multiply Yarn is made from the finest quality of raw material (DTY Le, Draw Textured Yarn), also known as high filament yarn. We produce this Micro Polyester Twisted Yarn in Dope Dyed colours. This multiply yarn is made in different ranges of deniers, filaments and a different number of plies depending upon the requirement of the customer. This yarn is slightly different from polyester bright yarn as it shrinks 30 to 35 percent after the heating process, which helps it to give a soft & fluffy feel in carpets. However, this soft and little fluffy feel helps this material to keep it on the top of the demand chart. Moreover, this type of yarn has considerably low maintenance and is easily washable & stain resistant.
Normally, high bulk yarns are mainly made out of shrink and non-shrink staple fibre. Process of making this yarn is slightly different from others. The production method involves blending two PET filament yarns, one acting as shrink component (30 to 35%) and the other as non-shrink one, followed by a relaxation process. After making carpet from this yarn, shrink yarn will give the look of a low cut pile whereas non-shrink yarn will show no significant change. So, high bulk yarn will give a different look of high and low-cut pile and also provide a completely different feel from other yarn. We produce this high bulk yarn in Dope Dyed and Space Dyed colours. All the manufacturing process including shrinking, is done at our plant followed by rigorous testing procedure.
Bulky yarns are mostly made from shrink staple fibre. These yarns are generally in heavy deniers. These yarns have a denier range of 1800 to 12000. When compared to other yarns, the normal weight of carpet created from these yarns is low and the density is fairly high. As a result, the present market demand for this yarn is extremely high. Furthermore, these yarns are created in various filaments based on the needs of the consumers. This means that they are the yarns that provide bulkiness while also providing softness and hardness in the carpet as required. We make these yarns in both Dope Dyed and Space Dyed colours. It is a must to mention that Space dyed yarns provide more softness compare to dope dyed yarns.
